Paul Waters was born and raised in Northern California within a tight-knit nuclear family of little renown. He pursued his dreams in the Golden State followed by the Land of Enchantment, the Lone Star State, the Granite State, and a short stint in the Great White North before ending up in the Last Frontier to command a last stand at something. Always a fan of the written word, Waters has ghost written many a piece for those who needed assistance, to the chagrin of his always forgiving wife. Paul is a recluse who lives in Anchorage, Alaska and Murder in Anchorage is his first novel.
